酒店設施、環境衞生一流，酒店位置也比較好，樓下就是佳兆業商業廣場，吃喝玩樂很方便。酒店房間還可以直接看到江景和西湖。上次來該酒店度假是去年11月份，覺得不錯，今年再來該酒店入住（回頭客），而且在酒店除了吃早餐外還在四樓的西餐廳裏吃自助晚餐，晚餐品質不錯，尤其是西式的糕點和菜式味道好極了、性價比高。酒店前台客服非常有禮貌而且服務態度很好，特別是前台Bonnie小姐服務態度好而且細心到位，例如：通知有關人員提前打開房間空調，就算是天氣比較熱，但當客人入住酒店房間時也感覺温度宜人、非常舒服，從這些服務細節中可以感覺到酒店的服務不錯。這是一次非常愉快之旅。

The hotel is in a great location. Becky at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and close to the mall, making it very convenient to get in and out. Overall, it's very comfortable!
